We would like to use the "Scouts Bucks" that the pack has earned to pay for
day camp for those wanting to attend. We need to send in all of the "Scout
Bucks" together in order to do this.
Please follow these steps to register for the "Trailblazer Day Camp" at Camp
Michaels:

with all of the camp specifics. Use the
button at the bottom of the page to register your scout directly with the
council.
- Do NOT send in a check.
- Forward the confirmation e-mail to the Pack 239 Day Camp chair
at rob@pack239mqh.com so he has all of
the information to send the scout bucks in altogether as payment. This
money will be deducted from your sons' scout account.

It is Mandatory for each scout and adult volunteer to
have a completed Personal
Health and Medical Record.pdf - 112.6KB before being able to participate
in Day Camp. Please print out a copy, fill it out, and make a copy.
Send a copy to Rob Bosma (Address below for snail mail OR you can scan and
e-mail a copy OR you can FAX it to (206) -600-5408) and save a copy to bring to day camp on the first day. (These
forms are required before your scout is allowed to participate. The
extra copy insures that the form is available and that there is no delay in
your scout's participation.)
